4 Corners Cleaning Services Ltd is a local window cleaner covering Oldbury, Sandwell, Dudley and Birmingham. Outside window cleaning starts at £15 a visit, and inside and out starts at £40. We also clean gutters, conservatory roofs, fascias, soffits and solar panels.

Clean windows let more light in and make the whole house look looked-after. We clean all kinds of glass: standard uPVC windows, bay windows, French doors, conservatories, skylights and Velux windows.
Residential window cleaning is the core of what we do. Most customers go for a regular monthly window cleaning visit, so the glass never gets to the point where it needs a heavy clean.
Commercial window cleaning keeps offices, shops and business premises looking sharp. Shop window cleaning can be done before you open, so customers walk up to clear glass. Commercial window cleaning starts from £45.
Moving in, selling up or getting ready for a family event? One off window cleaning is available on any package with no ongoing commitment.
Prices depend on the size of the property and the number of windows.

Book your first cleanOutside window cleaning comes with every package. Inside window cleaning is part of our Silver and Gold packages, and we include frames, sills and doors so the whole window looks finished, not just the glass.
Grubby frames make clean glass look dirty. Window frame cleaning and window sill cleaning are included on every package, with a more detailed clean on Gold.
White uPVC turns grey and green over time, especially on shaded sides of the house. uPVC cleaning brings frames, doors and fascias back to white.
High level window cleaning covers upper-floor windows and glass that's hard to reach. Skylight cleaning and Velux window cleaning are included in our Gold package.
Water fed pole window cleaning uses a long telescopic pole with a soft brush at the end. Water is pumped up the pole and through the brush, so upper windows can be cleaned from the ground. Pure water window cleaning uses water that has been filtered (by reverse osmosis or deionisation) to take out the minerals. With no minerals left in it, the water dries without spots or streaks.
Conservatory roofs collect moss, leaves, bird droppings and green algae, and they're hard to reach yourself. Conservatory cleaning (the glass walls) is part of our Gold package. Conservatory roof cleaning is available as an add-on for glass and polycarbonate roofs.
Blocked gutters overflow onto walls and can lead to damp inside the house. Gutter cleaning and gutter clearing remove leaves, moss and silt so rainwater runs away properly. It's available as an add-on to any window cleaning package.
Fascia and soffit cleaning tidies up the boards along the edge of your roof. Together with the gutters, it's often called roofline cleaning. It's a quick way to make the front of a house look fresher.
Dirt, dust and bird droppings on solar panels block some of the sunlight they need. Solar panel cleaning removes that layer gently, without harsh chemicals. It's available as an add-on.
We're based on Wallace Road in Oldbury and run window cleaning across these areas:
Oldbury, Smethwick, West Bromwich, Tipton, Wednesbury and Rowley Regis.
Dudley, Halesowen, Cradley Heath and Brierley Hill.
Quinton, Harborne, Edgbaston, Bearwood and Birmingham city centre.
Our outside window cleaning costs £15-£25 for most homes. Inside and out costs £40-£80, and our Gold package with conservatory and skylights starts from £90.
Most homes are cleaned every four weeks or every eight weeks. Monthly window cleaning keeps glass clear all year, especially near busy roads.

Light rain is usually fine, particularly with pure water cleaning. We'll rebook if the weather makes it unsafe.
Dirty panels let less sunlight through, so cleaning them can help them work closer to their rated output. How much difference it makes depends on how dirty they were.
Once a year is right for most homes, usually after the leaves fall in late autumn. Houses near trees may need it twice.
